Deputy General Manager HR

We are urgently hiring Deputy General Manager HR (Female) for one of our clients from Manufaturing Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational structuring initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
  • Supervise onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separation processes.
  • Design and manage performance management systems including KPIs and annual appraisals.
  • Monitor employee productivity and implement performance improvement plans where required.
  • Develop and manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs.
  • Oversee payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning and leadership development programs.
  • Oversee HR operations including HRIS management and employee record maintenance.
  • Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Support senior leadership in succession planning and talent development.
  • Promote a positive, ethical, and high-performance workplace culture.

Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.

Salary: Up to 450K

Location: Landhi Karachi.
