Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics or a related field from a reputable institute.

Relevant Experience:

3-4 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

2-3 years of experience working with Power BI or Tableau.

1-2 years of experience in the eCommerce industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

Description of Role:

Deputy Manager BI and Analytics will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations, develop reporting dashboards, and support eCommerce growth. They will ensure that the organization leverages data analytics to enhance performance and achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to support key decision-making processes.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that influence strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
• Design and maintain reports that track business performance, customer behavior, and eCommerce KPIs.
• Proactively monitor data integrity and ensure data accuracy across all systems and reports.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address business challenges and propose actionable recommendations.
• Lead data-driven projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a point of contact for technical and analytical queries within the organization. Maintain a database for all designated brands & projects.

Skills needed:

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M Query.
• Proficiency in SQL for interacting with databases and extracting data.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms.
