Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is a cutting-edge designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art Ambulances, Mobile Healthcare Units, Firefighting & Disaster Response Vehicles, DSNG & OB Vans, Mobile Labs & Dispensaries and other customized specialty on-wheels solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Process monthly payrolls for employees and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues in a timely and professional manner
- Partner with department heads to understand and support staffing needs
- Manage employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for senior management
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures professionally
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role. (Experience in an Engineering company will be given preference)
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- HR certification is a plus
