Deputy Manager HR

Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is a cutting-edge designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art Ambulances, Mobile Healthcare Units, Firefighting & Disaster Response Vehicles, DSNG & OB Vans, Mobile Labs & Dispensaries and other customized specialty on-wheels solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Process monthly payrolls for employees and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues in a timely and professional manner
• Partner with department heads to understand and support staffing needs
• Manage employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for senior management
• Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures professionally
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration

Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role. (Experience in an Engineering company will be given preference)
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• HR certification is a plus
