Deputy Manager Product Development (Denim)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager – Product Development (Denim) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of core denim product development experience with strong knowledge of denim fabrics, garments, washing, and stitching processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead denim product development from concept to final sample.

· Coordinate with design, production, and merchandising teams for timely product execution.

· Evaluate fabrics, trims, washes, and stitching techniques for new product lines.

· Ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to customer requirements.

· Collaborate with washing & stitching units for innovative finishes and developments.

· Manage timelines, approvals, and pre-production samples.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field.

· 4–5 years of hands-on denim product development experience.

· Strong knowledge of fabric, garment construction, washing, and stitching processes.

· Skills in production management, communication, and attention to detail (AT).
