We’re Hiring – Design Lead Hunter (Cold Calling Specialist)

Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated Design Lead Hunter – Cold Calling Specialist to join our Design Unit. The ideal candidate will focus on proactively generating high-quality leads for international design projects through cold calling, outreach, and effective prospect engagement.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads for international design services, including branding, web design, and UI/UX projects.
• Identify and qualify prospects, understand their requirements, and create opportunities for the design sales team.
• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to improve outreach strategies.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales (international market exposure preferred).
• Basic understanding of design services, creative solutions, and branding.
• Excellent English communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (based on skills and experience)
