We’re Hiring – Design Sales Development Specialist

Experts Communication is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Design Sales Development Specialist to join our Design Unit. The ideal candidate will focus on driving growth, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in expanding international design services, including branding, web design, and UI/UX projects.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for international design services.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by scheduling meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Analyze client requirements and coordinate with design teams for tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development (international exposure preferred).
• Basic understanding of design services, branding, web design, and UI/UX concepts.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects during night shifts.
• Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 80,000 – 180,000 (based on skills and experience)
