Design&Project Manager设计与项目经理

Responsibilities :

• Store Design & Implementation : Deliver floor plan, elevation, and 3D renderings in line with ANTA brand guidelines; produce detailed construction drawings (2D/3D).
• Project Management : Control project schedule, budget, and quality; provide weekly progress and risk reports.
• Construction Coordination : Liaise with malls, contractors, and suppliers; conduct on-site inspections and supervise rectifications.
• Approvals & Compliance : Handle and follow up on required permits, inspections, and handover procedures.
• Fixtures & Equipment : Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of fixtures, furniture, lighting, and equipment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, with 4+ years of retail fit-out experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, or similar 2D/3D design software; rendering skills preferred.
• Familiar with UAE mall fit-out procedures, building regulations, and approval processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; English as a working language.
• Experience in UAE major mall retail projects, PMP/LEED certification, or Arabic proficiency is a plus.
