Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both onsite and remotely
  • Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, calls, or email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), applications, and network connectivity
  • Set up and manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates of software and hardware
  • Install updates, patches, and antivirus software as required
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees including device provisioning and account setups
  • Coordinate with other IT teams or vendors for escalation of complex issues
  • Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for knowledge base

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
