Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain digital administrative systems: e-mail inboxes, shared drives, cloud folders, document organisation, access permissions.
- Handle calendar scheduling, meeting logistics (virtual/in-person), travel or event coordination where applicable.
- Support content updates on digital platforms: website CMS, social media, internal portals or dashboards.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, preparing reports and dashboards (basic analytics, metrics tracking).
- Liaise between teams (digital/marketing/operations) to ensure workflows, SOPs and digital tools are up-to-date and utilised properly.
- Monitor digital tool usage, license renewals, vendor/admin contracts for digital platforms and ensure compliance.
- Provide general administrative support: procurement of digital services/tools, vendor coordination, process documentation.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve digital admin processes, propose automation or efficiencies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Media, IT or a related field – or equivalent prior experience.
- Experience (1-3 years) in digital operations.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Admin Console) or Microsoft 365, cloud storage/file management, and collaborative tools (Slack, Teams, etc.)
- Familiarity with basic website CMS (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms and digital content workflows.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills; attention to detail is critical.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to work with internal stakeholders across teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, comfortable working in a digital/virtual setting and learning new tools quickly.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
