Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional

to take full ownership of the company’s marketing strategy, digital advertising, and performance oversight.

Role Overview:

This is a senior, strategic, and performance-driven role focused on planning, oversight, and decision-making rather than day-to-day execution or content production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the overall marketing strategy across all channels

- Develop campaign frameworks for B2C, B2B, and corporate segments

- Create platform-level strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Snapchat

- Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans

- Align marketing initiatives with market needs in Bahrain & Saudi Arabia, company growth phases, and CEO personal branding when needed

- Own paid advertising strategy, targeting, and budget allocation across all platforms

- Provide creative direction for ads (coordination, not production)

- Monitor performance continuously and optimize campaigns based on data

- Prepare weekly performance reports and monthly strategic reports, including leads generated, cost per lead, conversion quality, and ROI analysis

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on what to scale, improve, or stop

- Plan and oversee seasonal campaigns, product launches, awareness initiatives, and exhibition-related campaigns

- Act as a strategic marketing advisor to senior management, participating in strategy reviews, planning sessions, and performance evaluation meetings
