• Create 5 high-quality videos/week
• Produce daily shorts (Reels/Shorts/YouTube)
• Design 5+ static posts/week
• Weekly GMB updates
• Maintain brand consistency

📊 Growth & Engagement (25%)

• Achieve 15% MoM follower growth
• Maintain 10%+ engagement
• Drive 6+ Google reviews per month
• Weekly content updates

📣 Campaign Execution (15%)

• Execute 1 localized campaign/month
• Train students for Social Media Clubs
• Track performance & share insights

📐 KPIs

• 🎥 5 videos/week
• ⚡ 1 short/day
• 📈 10–15% follower growth

🧩 Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (Marketing/Mass Comm preferred)
• 2+ years in social media marketing
• Strong in short-form video editing
• Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro
• Proven social account growth
• Strong communication & organization
• Comfortable in a school environment
