Bloom Fine Gardening is a design driven landscape company based in the Hudson Valley. We specialize in refined residential gardens and are expanding our focus to include custom waterscapes, ponds, and water features. We are seeking a thoughtful, creative, and tech savvy marketing associate to help elevate our social presence and generate meaningful local inquiries.
This is not a generic posting role. We are looking for someone who understands brand positioning, visual storytelling, and how to use AI tools to enhance authentic content.
<Responsibilities>
- Develop and manage a cohesive Instagram and Facebook content calendar
- Create 2 to 3 posts per week including reels, project features, and educational content
- Repurpose existing project photography and video into compelling short form content
- Support the launch campaign for Bloom Waterscapes
- Assist with light geo targeted advertising to reach homeowners within 40 miles of New Paltz
- Track engagement, website clicks, and inquiry conversions
- Collaborate directly with the owners to align messaging with business goals
<Qualifications>
- Background in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Instagram and Facebook strategy
- Ability to differentiate between vanity metrics and true lead generation
- Strong visual sensibility and appreciation for design
- Interest in home services, landscaping, architecture, or outdoor living is a plus
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage content creation and content management systems such as WordPress to ensure fresh, engaging, and optimized website content.
- Design compelling graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to support marketing initiatives.
- Optimize landing pages and campaigns for conversion using A/B testing, analytics insights, and performance marketing techniques.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter; manage social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly AdWords), and other analytics tools to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
- Execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools; segment audiences for targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives and e-commerce projects to maximize outreach.
- Stay current on industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, SEM strategies, and emerging technologies like JavaScript or SQL that can enhance campaign performance.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
