Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in paid lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center (inbound) paid marketing and a proven ability to create ROI-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop and manage campaign budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
• Generate high-quality leads for inbound call center operations.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform best practices.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional experience in digital marketing and paid lead generation.
• Strong understanding of inbound call center paid marketing.
• Proven expertise in budgeting and ROI-focused campaign execution.
• Experience in the telecom industry will be considered an advantage.
