About the Client and the Role

We are hiring for a client in the real estate sector and seeking an experienced Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of US marketing practices, and a proven ability to drive successful marketing campaigns. This position is vital for strengthening the company’s market presence, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring consistent brand growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across search, social, email, display, and video to grow brand awareness and generate leads in the US real estate market.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns using Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram) for strong ROI.
  • Lead the social media strategy, including content planning, engagement, and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee the creation and SEO optimization of diverse marketing content (articles, videos, infographics, etc.) for the US market.
  • Implement technical and on/off-page SEO, including advanced tactics for modern search and AI-driven discovery.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation for content creation, campaign analysis, and marketing workflow improvements.
  • Analyze performance data using analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Meta Analytics, CRM dashboards) and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Apply real estate marketing strategies such as virtual tours, community spotlights, and agent branding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, design, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing innovations to identify growth opportunities.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing management experience, ideally targeting the US market.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong background in holistic digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, content, email, data analysis).
  • Direct experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Practical knowledge of using AI tools for marketing content and campaign optimization.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract and communicate insights from complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability for diverse audiences.
  • Strong record of creative, effective marketing campaigns.
  • Project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Night shifts are mandatory for this role.


Preferred Certifications

  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video)
  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Professional
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
  • HubSpot Content Marketing/Inbound Marketing Certification
  • OMCP™, Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), or equivalent marketing certification


Highly Desired

  • At least 1 year of direct marketing experience in the US real estate industry.
  • Experience with video editing and short-form video production.
  • Understanding of marketing to various US geographic and demographic segments.
