Digital Marketing Manager

IN OFFICE POSITION

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Digital Marketing & Product Manager to drive awareness and demand for our cloud-based ERP software. This role blends content strategy, SEO, and product marketing to reach operations leaders in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management.

You’ll lead digital marketing efforts that highlight how our ERP platform helps companies reduce bottlenecks, gain real-time visibility, and simplify decision-making. The ideal candidate understands business operations and knows how to translate complex tools into practical, results-driven messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Own product messaging and positioning across all digital channels
  • Translate ERP features into clear business outcomes that resonate with operations professionals
  • Lead go-to-market content for feature launches and roadmap updates

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Plan and create high-impact content for web, blog, email, video, podcasts, and social
  • Develop educational assets like white papers, case studies, webinars, and comparison guides
  • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar to align with product and sales priorities

SEO & Demand Generation

  • Research and execute content around ERP, inventory, and operations-focused keywords
  • Optimize pages for search visibility and bottom-funnel conversions
  • Support outreach and link-building strategies to improve authority and rankings

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Improve messaging, navigation, and CTAs to better capture leads
  • Run A/B tests on copy, layout, and forms to increase demo requests and downloads
  • Coordinate with developers and designers on UX updates and performance improvements

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, paid search, and retargeting
  • Track and report on engagement, conversions, and lead quality
  • Align content with sales enablement and nurture programs

Partner & Integration Marketing

  • Collaborate with integration and channel partners on co-branded campaigns
  • Create joint assets for webinars, case studies, email campaigns, and events
  • Develop messaging that clearly explains how the ERP integrates with third-party tools
  • Build relationships that expand distribution and drive mutual growth

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years in B2B digital marketing, product marketing, or content strategy
  • Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain, or manufacturing workflows
  • Familiarity with ERP or enterprise SaaS products
  • Excellent writing and content development skills across formats
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and design
  • Proficient in analytics and SEO tools like GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and WordPress
  • Experience managing projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
