Digital Marketing Manager

We are Canadian-based company specializing in delivering innovative digital solutions and customer-centric marketing strategies. We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and expand our digital presence, drive performance marketing, and manage a growing in-house and offshore marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Email, etc.)
• Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn with a focus on ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and lead SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
• Manage the content calendar and oversee content creation (blogs, ads, landing pages, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Report weekly/monthly performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Facebook Business Manager, and HubSpot or similar CRMs.
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during Canadian business hours (7:00 PM – 3:30 AM PKT).
• Team leadership and coordination experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
