Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 5-8+ years

Industry: Digital Marketing | B2B Marketplace – US Region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy for B2B marketplace platforms targeting the US market
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and seller/buyer growth
  • Optimize funnels for acquisition, activation, and conversion
  • Analyze performance metrics, dashboards, and ROI across channels
  • Manage and mentor digital marketing team members
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Content, and Design teams
  • Stay updated with US B2B marketplace trends and growth strategies

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B marketplaces (US Region is mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, growth funnels, and analytics
  • Experience running campaigns on Google, LinkedIn (B2B), and Meta
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and attribution models
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strategic execution capability

Office timings:

9 AM - 6 PM (Morning shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
