Digital Marketing Manager

We are partnering with a growing, market-leading manufacturer to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in scaling and modernizing digital marketing capabilities.

What You'll Do

Own Digital Marketing Execution

  • Act as the central point of coordination for digital marketing initiatives
  • Translate strategy into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage workflows, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment

Lead Website & Digital Experience Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across web properties and digital touchpoints
  • Coordinate content updates, SEO enhancements, UX improvements, and site changes
  • Ensure all updates are implemented, tested, and launched accurately

Manage Customer Journey & Lead Workflows

  • Oversee lead capture processes including forms, routing, and tracking
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure leads are delivered and handled effectively
  • Support marketing automation processes and customer journey optimization

Own Vendor & Agency Performance

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners
  • Provide direction, prioritize work, and ensure quality execution
  • Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and performance standards

Drive Marketing Technology & Data Quality

  • Serve as the business owner for key marketing platforms (CMS, SEO tools, analytics, etc.)
  • Coordinate system integrations and maintain data governance standards
  • Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and campaign attribution

Ensure Quality & Operational Excellence

  • Lead QA processes across campaigns, web updates, and digital releases
  • Conduct audits to identify issues and improve performance
  • Support structured release management processes

Support AI & Process Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and scalability
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and execution speed

What We're Looking For

  • 6-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with website management, CMS platforms, SEO, and campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, tracking, and digital workflows
  • Experience working with or managing agencies and third-party vendors
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools and analytics platforms
  • Exposure to AI tools within marketing environments is a plus
