Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee online marketing activities and support business growth through effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience managing digital campaigns, improving online visibility, and coordinating marketing initiatives across different channels.
This is a full-time, office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities across various online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing materials and campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize online advertising campaigns and improve audience engagement.
- Support website visibility initiatives through search engine optimization and content improvements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve marketing performance.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Handle digital communication channels including email campaigns and online outreach activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of ongoing marketing projects.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, online campaign management, or related roles.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, and digital communication strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
