Food people are looking for an energetic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital operations for a global restaurant business. Based in Dubai, this role will drive the strategy and delivery across loyalty, CRM, e-commerce, and social media platforms. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building digital ecosystems, and is passionate about customer engagement and innovation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and lead digital strategy across global markets, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact across all touchpoints. Own and optimise the performance of digital platforms, including website UX, media buying, and social media campaigns.
  • Lead the ongoing development, enhancement, and optimisation of the brand’s app as a key channel for customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Partner with global teams to roll out initiatives effectively across different regions.
  • Lead loyalty and CRM efforts with a deep focus on data-driven engagement and retention strategies.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, rolling up your sleeves when needed to get things done.
  • Act as the digital brand guardian, ensuring alignment between digital performance, business goals, and customer experience.
  • Manage agency partnerships or in-house digital functions, depending on delivery needs.
  • Drive digital performance reporting and analytics, delivering clear ROI across all digital channels.


KEY INGREDIENTS


  • Proven experience in a digital leadership role within or supporting the restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong background in loyalty, CRM, e-commerce, and social media with a performance mindset.
  • Experience working either in digital agencies managing brand clients, or within brands having managed agency partnerships.
  • Ability to drive web optimisation, digital programming, and digital strategy end-to-end.
  • A doer and thinker, you lead teams but are equally comfortable getting hands-on.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strength in digital strategy, loyalty, and CRM is essential.
