Digital Marketing Manager Wordpress / Google ads

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations, manage multiple client accounts, and drive measurable growth across all digital channels. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on campaign management expertise.

You will work closely with the Director and our digital team to ensure every client receives outstanding service and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the digital marketing team across multiple client accounts
• Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns on:
• Google Ads
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• TikTok Ads

• Manage website content and updates in WordPress
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare clear reports
• Oversee creative content production including visuals and short-form video
• Communicate with clients professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver work on schedule
• Stay updated on digital marketing and AI/automation tools
• Maintain availability for client communication where required (evenings/weekends during campaign peaks)

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing management
• Proven success with Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok Ads
• Strong knowledge of SEO & conversion optimisation
• Excellent written and spoken English
• WordPress experience essential
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Highly organised, proactive and results-driven
• Comfortable communicating with clients directly
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, automation tools) is an advantage
• Video editing or content creative input desirable
