Job Overview

We are currently seeking a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance-focused team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major social media platforms and working with US clients or companies in a similar capacity. This role involves close coordination with the HR team to execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Manage full campaign lifecycle including targeting, budgeting, testing, and performance optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and improve results through data-driven decisions
• Coordinate with the HR team to align campaign execution with hiring and business needs
• Handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Create ad copy and campaign messaging aligned with brand goals
• Design marketing creatives and flyers when required (preferred skill)

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing with strong focus on paid social media campaigns
• Experience working with US clients or companies in a similar capacity
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads, and related tools
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Immediate availability preferred
