Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

AnSciAd Technologies LLC is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various online platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Create and curate engaging content for the company’s website, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
• Monitor and report on website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
