Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B)

*Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B Focus)*

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with proven B2B experience who can own and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. This role is for someone who understands longer sales cycles, lead quality, and pipeline impact—not just clicks and impressions.

*What You’ll Do*

Plan, launch, and optimize B2B paid advertising campaigns on:

* Google Ads
* Facebook & Instagram Ads
* LinkedIn Ads (strong focus)
* Drive B2B SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, content alignment with buyer intent)
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, outbound support, and lifecycle marketing
* Develop and schedule social media content tailored to B2B audiences
* Support and execute content marketing (blogs, landing pages, case studies, ad copy, website content)
* Monitor performance, analyze KPIs (CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs), and continuously optimize campaigns
* Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals

*What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)*

* Proven experience in B2B digital marketing (this is mandatory)
* Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
* Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and lead funnels
* Experience with SEO best practices in a B2B environment
* Experience running email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
* Ability to create clear, compelling B2B-focused content and messaging
* Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to report on results

*Nice to Have*

* Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
* Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
* Experience working closely with sales teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

  • Do you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, managing campaigns that target business buyers rather than consumers? Please briefly describe the industries and types of campaigns you’ve worked on.
  • Have you personally planned, launched, and optimized campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation? If yes, if shortlisted will you able to provide one example of a campaign and the results achieved.
  • Are you comfortable working onsite in Karachi during night shifts?
