Digital Media Manager

The Marketing & Communications Department leads public-facing strategy to shift public perception and build understanding of its vital work in giving people with blood cancers and disorders a second chance at life. The team works to strengthen brand visibility, inspire potential donors, and encourage support through fundraising, volunteering, and advocacy.

The Digital Media Manager plays a critical executional role within the digital marketing ecosystem. This position is responsible for managing our client's website, landing pages, and lifecycle communications (email and SMS), ensuring that the strategic direction set by senior leadership is translated into high-performing digital experiences.

This role focuses on day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance support across web and lifecycle channels, enabling the Senior Marketing Manager and leadership team to focus on strategy, innovation, and growth.

RESPONSIBILITES

· Manage and maintain the client's website, including page updates, landing pages, forms, and donation flows.

· Execute and deploy email and SMS campaigns based on the strategic donor and supporter journeys defined by the Senior Marketing Manager.

· Optimize conversion paths across web, email, and SMS to improve donor engagement, registration completion, and online donations.

· Monitor and improve user experience (UX), content performance, and site functionality to reduce friction in key digital journeys.

· Support analytics and performance tracking across digital channels, including website, email, and SMS.

· Assist with reporting on campaign and channel performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

· Collaborate with internal and global teams to implement digital updates that support recruitment drives, fundraising campaigns, and advocacy initiatives.

· Ensure digital platforms comply with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

· Support testing and optimization initiatives (A/B testing, content refinements, journey improvements).

· Maintain documentation and best practices for digital execution and workflows.

· Attend a minimum of one donor recruitment drive per quarter.

· Maintain a strong understanding of the client's mission, values, and brand voice.

· Comply with all organizational policies and standards.

· Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

· Uphold the organization’s commitment to equity and anti-discriminatory practice.

· Fulfil any other duties as directed by the Senior Marketing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Experience / Knowledge / Education

  • Degree-qualified in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, web management, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing websites, landing pages, and online conversion flows.
  • Practical experience executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic content updates.
  • Experience working with website management software (WordPress, Kontent Ai, or similar).
  • Experience working with Email and SMS software (MailingWork, Bird, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Piwik Pro, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Desirable, but not essential:

  • CRM or marketing automation experience (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Basic HTML or CMS customization knowledge.
  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with UX or conversion rate optimization principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
