Digital Solutions Consultant (Hybrid-Remote)

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is designed for a self-starter who excels in a remote environment but understands that the strongest partnerships are often built in person. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our custom ERP, Logistics, and Retail software suites.

Note: This is a mostly remote position, but the candidate must be based in Karachi (or able to travel) for periodic strategic meetings, client presentations, and team huddles at our office.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Identify and penetrate new market segments for our specialized software solutions (SaaS/ERP).
  • High-Impact Presentations: Conduct professional software demonstrations virtually and in person, focusing on solving complex business problems.
  • Pipeline Management: Move leads through the funnel from initial discovery to closing and contract finalization.
  • Hybrid Collaboration: Maintain high productivity while working remotely, with the flexibility to attend physical office meetings as required.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a bridge between client requirements and our technical team to ensure the proposed solution is a perfect fit.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the software or tech industry.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Professionalism: High level of grooming and confidence for face-to-face executive meetings.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, AI-powered prospecting tools, and video conferencing software (Zoom/Teams).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.

Job Details

  • Working Model: Remote (80%) + Office/Client Meetings (20%).
  • Location: Karachi.
  • Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Flexibility required for client meetings).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Website Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • ERP Implementation: 1 year (Required)
  • Software Sales: 1 year (Required)
