Digital Talent and Change Management Leader

We are currently looking for a Digital Talent and Change Management Leader to be based at our Istanbul Head Office.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of technology (IT, software development, system management, etc.),
  • Experience in technology training and change management,
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences,
  • Having taken part in digital transformation projects,
  • Combination of communication and presentation skills with technical knowledge,
  • Broad knowledge of different technology platforms and tools,
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As a leader with a technical background, ensuring that employees embrace digital technologies and adapt to the digital transformation process,
  • In close collaboration with HR and Çalık Academy, develop and implement change management strategies from a technology-driven approach,
  • Conduct digital competency assessments and mapping for all employees, and design digital skill development pathways for both technical and non-technical roles,
  • Develop joint digital training programs with Çalık Academy and plan user trainings for digital tools and platforms,
  • Coordinate digital literacy and digital transformation certification programs at various levels,
  • Develop change management plans for technology adaptation and communicate digital tools and process changes to employees,
  • Create communication strategies to reduce technology resistance and manage digital champion and evangelist programs,
  • Identify pilot groups and early adopter strategies, track and report on technology adoption metrics,
  • Evaluate the usability of new digital tools, collect employee feedback, and relay it to technology teams,
  • Establish support systems for the adoption of digital workplace tools, and provide training on self-service digital platforms,
  • Manage the adaptation processes for remote/hybrid work technologies and participate in user experience-focused technology selection processes,
  • Promote a digital mindset and culture, and organize awareness programs to overcome fear of technology,
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation, and collect and share digital success stories,
  • Develop cross-functional digital collaboration models, and establish and manage technology communities,
  • Identify digital talent needs with HR, and collaborate with Çalık Academy to simplify and disseminate technical content,
  • Manage training impact analyses and assessment-evaluation processes, and design digital competency-based career paths,
  • Coordinate and manage technology mentorship programs and the digital transformation ambassadors program.
