Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a strong understanding of travel industry processes and OTA models, who can work closely with internal teams and external developers to build and enhance our technology. The role requires someone who can translate business needs into technology solutions, propose new ideas, and ensure successful delivery of our travel technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with developers/tech partners to design, build, and enhance our booking engines.
• Gather business requirements from management, sales, and operations teams and translate them into product specifications.
• Monitor and test development progress, ensuring delivery of scalable, user-friendly, and competitive platforms.
• Benchmark against OTA best practices and recommend features to improve customer experience and conversion.
• Identify and integrate APIs (airlines, hotels, GDS, NDC, consolidators, payment gateways).
• Drive innovation by proposing new technology features, tools, and improvements.
• Coordinate product roadmaps, timelines, and updates with developers and stakeholders.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before rollout and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends in travel technology, OTAs, and e-commerce.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–8 years’ experience in travel technology/product management.
• Hands-on experience with GDS, APIs, NDC, booking engines, and B2C/B2B platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OTA business models and digital travel ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage technology projects with developers
• Strong analytical skills with ability to create functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technology teams.

• Strong understanding of travel distribution systems and APIs.
• Ability to think strategically while also managing technical detail.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in documentation, MS Excel/PowerPoint, and tech tools (Jira, Trello, etc. preferred).
