Director Finance (Onsite, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements:

CCA / CA / CPA / CFA preferred; MBA in Finance or Strategy is a plus.
10+ years of progressive experience in finance with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience managing multi-country finance operations.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, lean, and performance-driven organization.
Prior experience in high-growth, venture-backed startup environments in the fintech or e-commerce industry is preferred.
Strong financial modeling, planning, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable building processes and structures from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Support venture capital and private equity fundraising strategies.
Manage and build a growing finance department across multiple geographies.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting processes.
Develop strategies to increase return on investment and overall profitability.
Oversee and manage core accounting functions, including banking, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and present financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with executives and directors on product development, pricing strategies, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
Ensure financial reporting and operational deliverables are completed within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Manage portfolio risk and lead pricing exercises for existing and new products.
Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
