Director Marketing & Sales (Textile Sector)

Qualification Requirements:

✅ BS Textile
✅ MBA in Marketing
✅ Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in textile machinery, HVAC, industrial solutions, or related sectors
✅ Strong understanding of marketing strategies, B2B sales, and client relationship management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead national and international marketing & sales strategies
• Develop and manage key accounts within the textile industry
• Promote AC systems, humidification automation, and textile machinery solutions
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions
• Oversee proposal development, tenders, and high-value negotiations
• Lead and train the sales & marketing team to achieve growth targets
• Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning
