Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director – Administration with 10-15 years of experience to lead and oversee all administrative, legal coordination, and governmental affairs functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UAE laws, regulations, and documentation processes, and have a proven track record of managing administrative operations across multiple industries within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overall administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
  • Liaise with UAE government departments, free zones, and ministries for legal documentation, licensing, and compliance requirements.
  • Supervise the preparation, review, and submission of all legal and regulatory documents in line with UAE laws.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and internal departments to ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, visas, permits, and other statutory requirements.
  • Lead administrative support functions including office management, procurement, facility management, and company secretarial matters.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
  • Manage and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Support the executive management team in strategic planning, business setup, and expansion within the UAE.
  • Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders including government officials, PROs, consultants, and legal advisors.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company documents and information.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10–15 years of progressive administrative and coordination experience within the UAE, including legal documentation and government liaison.
  • Proven experience working across multiple industries (e.g., construction, services, real estate, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, commercial regulations, and government procedures.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
