Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for textbooks, workbooks, and learning materials
• Coordinate with publishers, vendors, and internal departments to forecast demand and manage procurement
• Ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy across multiple campuses
• Implement systems for tracking, reporting, and reconciling book supplies
• Resolve discrepancies and troubleshoot delays with proactive communication
• Collaborate with academic teams to align book orders with curriculum timelines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in educational logistics or book distribution
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in inventory software and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with academic calendars and curriculum planning is a plus
