Dispatch Manager

Key Responsibilities1.

Inward Material Management:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, consumables, and equipment.
- Ensure quality, documentation compliance, and system updates (GRN, ERP).
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for timely inward material availability.

2. Outward Material Management:
- Manage dispatch of finished goods, spares, and materials to customers/vendors.
- Prepare packing lists, invoices, gate passes, and dispatch documents.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and tracking of shipments.

3. Customs Clearance & Logistics:
- Handle import/export documentation (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, HS codes, etc.).
- Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and port authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in material management, logistics, and customs clearance.
- Strong knowledge of import/export laws, customs regulations, and EXIM policies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and documentation practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
