Document Controller & Secretary (Bilingual – Arabic/English)

Job Purpose:

To manage all project documentation and provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth information flow between site and head office for a civil construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document control system (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts).
  • Maintain document version control and filing systems.
  • Track correspondence and maintain logs.
  • Ensure proper distribution of documents between site and head office.
  • Perform general administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Support project team with coordination tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Experience in document control systems preferred, preferably in construction projects.
