Driver cum Supervisor

Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and supervising maintenance staff and technicians.

Operational Oversight: Conducting inspections to identify issues, maintaining electrical/hydraulic systems, and overseeing repairs.

Preventive Maintenance: Developing schedules to ensure equipment and facility longevity.

Resource Management: Managing inventory of tools and materials, and controlling maintenance budgets.

Emergency Response: Responding to, and resolving, urgent maintenance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems.

Leadership & Communication: Ability to assign tasks, motivate staff, and report to management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex issues and make quick, effective decisions.

Experience: Previous experience as a maintenance technician or in a supervisory role is required.
