Are you a customer-focused professional eager to make an impact? GrowthRatio Solutions is hiring motivated E-commerce Client Relations Officer to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 7. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering a dynamic environment and the chance to grow in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Prompt Customer Assistance: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

2. Order Management: Streamlining Fulfillment Processes

  • Assist in processing returns efficiently and manage order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of tracking numbers for seamless order tracking.

3. Customer Service Chats: Effective Account Support

  • Engage in live customer service chats to address customer queries.
  • Handle account-related matters and provide solutions effectively.

4. Computer Proficiency: Efficient Customer Interaction

  • Utilize computer operations, including data entry, for managing customer interactions.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to streamline customer service processes.

5. Language Proficiency: Clear Communication with Customers

  • Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English for effective customer communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • E-commerce Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce or familiarity with eBay operations is a valuable plus.
  • Technology: Must have the ability to bring your own laptop to the office daily.
