About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media, email marketing, and retail marketplaces. This role is critical to driving traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across our online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving qualified traffic and conversions through paid channels.
  • Develop and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a focus on driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, and measurable return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Own the new customer acquisition strategy, ensuring paid channels deliver sustainable growth while maintaining healthy CAC and payback period.
  • Oversee content creation for D2C: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and product, to create engaging and high-quality content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.
  • Key performance indicators for this role include traffic volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA), click through rate (CTR) with close collaboration across teams to influence conversion rate and overall revenue performance.
  • Develop and manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Amazon Ads.
  • Manage paid advertising on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
  • Continuously monitor campaign health, performing routine optimizations to drive higher CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS or other set goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid efforts with email flows and promotions.
  • Work with the marketing team to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative assets.
  • Take full ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for campaigns with thoughtful strategy and clear measurable objectives, set collaboratively by marketing and sales.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors' degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing
  • Experience managing media agencies
  • Breadth of understanding across media execution, ad tech, tracking & analytics including proficiency with GA4, google tag manager and paid media platforms including Google Ads and Amazon Advertising
  • Expert level knowledge of Google Ads ecosystem
  • Analytical problem-solving to drive decisions, spot trends, provide recommendations, and act on them in real-time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • A collaborative growth mindset, eager to work with different teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Brand, and Finance, to align performance marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Data- driven mindset : demonstrates passion for digging into performance drivers and generating insights based on media
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization


Working hours:

This is a full-time Hybrid role (3 Days in-office, 2 Days Work-from-home) with standard working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
