Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Project Manager to lead and manage our online business operations. This role involves overseeing multiple e-commerce projects, managing product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly — from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has a strong understanding of how e-commerce platforms operate. You’ll play a key role in driving project success, improving workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of all tasks aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute e-commerce projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee product sourcing, listing, and launch activities across online marketplaces.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, sourcing, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure project success.
• Identify challenges and provide effective, timely solutions.
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, Amazon policies, and marketplace guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or project management preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
