Job Overview:

SourceCode is looking for a highly motivated and energetic eBooks Sales Executive to join our international sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking to start or grow their career in international markets. Candidates with 0 to 6 months of experience in international sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients to promote and sell eBook publication services.
• Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales through calls, emails, and digital communication.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent service and support.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored publication solutions.
• Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 0 to 6 months of experience in international sales or customer service (fresh candidates are welcome).
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a target-driven attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment (9 PM – 6 AM).
