Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal,Karachi

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead – eBook Sales to manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring sales targets are achieved consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise eBook sales team
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Track sales metrics

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or as sales team lead (preferably in EBooks)
• Strong team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset
