Job Title: ECommerce Partner Coordinator

Job Overview: As an ECommerce Coordinator at Huge Brands you will be the primary point of execution between our ECommerce Management and our operations. You’ll To be successful in this role you’ll need to be highly organized, accountable and results oriented. You’ll need the ability to interact with various personalities while staying focused on positive outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support Marketing and Sales in Partner Acquisition Efforts.
Aid in determining targeted lists of ideal Partners.
Aid Marketing in copy, content and other messaging focused on ideal Partners
Aid Sales efforts to acquire ideal Partners via research, advice, collaboration and meeting support.

Liaison between Management and Operations to facilitate Ecommerce Partner Needs.
Disseminate and communicate Partner requirements, requests and feedback to Huge Brands.
Communicate project statuses to Partners.

Drive and Collaborate with Huge Brands Management and Partners to develop product and collections.
Proactively research and pitch product ideas for Partners to Huge Brands Management based on Partner’s audience.
Maintain forward momentum on all product and collection development.
Build and Maintain an excellent understanding of Partner’s brand, audience and associated trends.
Working closely with the creative team to execute product development to brand standards and goals.

Onboarding new Partners
Working with the team to facilitate the build out and design of ecommerce platforms.
Working with Partners to establish branding rules and guidelines
Working with Partners to establish logistics, customer care, policies and procedures.

Accurately Entering and Managing Production Orders.
Ensuring availability, Sourcing and Securing blank and finished materials.
Observing and protecting target gross margins on all products
Accurately and efficiently use ERP tool to facilitate and manage order progress.
Communicate and work effectively with outside vendors for the creation of custom products and concepts.

● Experience with Shopify functionality and Design.
● Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
