Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics and fulfilment operations across e-commerce platforms. The role will be responsible for inventory control, warehouse operations, vendor coordination, process optimization, and ensuring a seamless customer delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end global e-commerce, marketplace, and D2C website operations, including international marketplaces (such as Amazon), covering product listings, SKU creation, content accuracy, pricing, and user experience to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction across regions.
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce website and marketplace operations (including Amazon), covering product listings, SKU creation, content accuracy, and user experience to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records, optimal stock levels, and timely replenishment in coordination with inventory and fulfilment teams.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and shipping of goods to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while continuously improving the online shopping experience, including site navigation and checkout flow.
  • Establish and manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and optimize operational costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline e-commerce and warehouse operations.
  • Generate and analyze reports on key operational and warehouse metrics, identifying trends and driving data-backed decisions to improve overall performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of e-commerce and operations professionals, fostering productivity, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve operations and maintain market competitiveness.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in e-commerce logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, fulfilment processes, and last-mile delivery
  • Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces and logistics partners
  • Analytical mindset with reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination abilities
