We operate a direct-to-consumer ecommerce model, with our primary sales channel being our official website, supported by select marketplaces.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and scale AWEI Pakistan’s online business.

The role involves managing website operations, online sales strategy, digital marketing execution, and customer experience, with a strong focus on conversion optimization and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute ecommerce strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the official AWEI Pakistan online store (Shopify).
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, bundles, and inventory accuracy.
  • Optimize website UX/UI to improve engagement, conversion rate, and average order value.
  • Analyze sales performance, traffic sources, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing activities:

o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

o Google Ads (Search & Shopping)

o Basic SEO and content alignment

  • Work closely with logistics and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post-purchase experience.
  • Manage and monitor third-party marketplaces (e.g. Daraz), if required.
  • Track and report key ecommerce KPIs:

o Traffic

o Conversion Rate

o AOV

o CAC

o ROAS

  • Identify new growth opportunities, tools, trends, and optimizations in ecommerce.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Pakistani ecommerce.
  • Strong practical experience with Shopify (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Daraz seller operations (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of:

o Meta Ads & Google Ads

o Ecommerce analytics (GA, Shopify reports, ad dashboards)

  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Clear communication and coordination skills.
