EDRMS / Laserfiche Functional Specialist

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced EDRMS / Laserfiche Functional Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This permanent, full-time position is based in Qatar and offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Information Technology and Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing the Laserfiche-based EDRMS platform. The role supports Services flow design, metadata standards, and ensures compliance with document management policies.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Laserfiche solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Laserfiche workflows and processes to enhance document management efficiency.
• Provide expert advice and support to end-users, ensuring optimal use of the EDRMS.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Support automation of document routing, approvals, and retention policies.
• Provide training and user support for EDRMS modules and Servicesflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of EDRMS capabilities with organizational goals.
• Design document and records management processes aligned with business needs.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance with internal standards.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations and modifications.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in EDRMS and Laserfiche, who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven 5+ years of experience in EDRMS and Laserfiche system implementation and management.
• Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and Servicesflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Laserfiche SDK and API integrations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage.
