Electrical Estimator

Key Responsibilities:1. Tender Review & Analysis

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
• Identify and evaluate risks, discrepancies, and scope gaps in tender documents.
• Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits when required.

2. Quantity Take-Off & Cost Estimation

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for electrical systems including power, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs based on current market prices.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and summary sheets for submission.

3. Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination

• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate competitive prices while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain updated supplier and subcontractor databases.

4. Proposal Preparation

• Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for any technical clarifications.
• Ensure that all estimates are submitted within deadlines.

5. Post-Tender Activities

• Assist in tender clarifications, negotiations, and revisions as required.
• Support project handover to execution teams with all necessary cost data and documents.
• Participate in cost analysis and value engineering exercises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Electrical estimation: 3 years (Required)
• UAE : 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English&Hindi (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License. (Required)
