Electrical Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP teams including technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Coordinate MEP activities according to project timelines, specifications, and safety standards.
• Interpret MEP drawings and specifications to guide installation and maintenance.
• Monitor progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Report to project managers and collaborate with other trades (civil, structural, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP works, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
