Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and prepare quotations for electrical/industrial items
• Process sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock checks and dispatch
• Communicate with suppliers for pricing, specs, and lead times
• Support customers with product alternatives and specifications
• Track deliveries and resolve order or stock issues
• Maintain item database, price lists, and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and fast-moving items
• Prepare reports on orders, stock movement, and demand
• Ensure compliance with documentation and quality standards

Skills for Electrical / Industrial Supply Roles

• Knowledge of cables, wires, switches, panels, and fittings
