Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor _ HUB

Gatron (Industries) Limited, one of the leading manufacturing companies operating in Pakistan. We are looking for a Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to join our team in the manufacturing sector located in HUB Chowki.

The role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the production plant and utility systems, focusing on electrical and instrumentation domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine inspections, timely completion of maintenance tasks, and day-to-day management of plant electrical instruments and panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks for production plant and utility systems within the electrical and instrumentation domain.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal functioning of electrical instruments, panels, and associated systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Manage day-to-day plant maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve maintenance-related challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• DAE / B Tech in Electrical / Electronics
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role at a plant or manufacturing site.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
