Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical infrastructure and distribution projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role will act as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing capital projects from conceptual design through operational verification (cradle-to-grave lifecycle).

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in GMP-regulated environments, electrical construction oversight, and capital project delivery, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical scope for capital projects in Pharma/Industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee electrical infrastructure, power distribution, and building systems installation.
• Serve as Owner’s Representative ensuring compliance with project vision, codes, and regulations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, and change orders.
• Conduct site walkdowns and monitor contractor performance and quality.
• Develop and execute safety and environmental plans (OSHA 30 required).
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, construction quality, and project controls teams.
• Provide financial reporting, cost tracking, and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of capital project management experience in Pharma or Industrial Manufacturing (Bulk API, OSD, sterile, devices, etc.).
• Experience managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, electrical systems, construction quality, LEAN, and safety compliance.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• PMP certification preferred.
