Job Title: ELV Technician (Extra-Low Voltage Systems)

We are seeking a skilled ELV Technician to join our team and ensure the reliable installation and maintenance of these critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, access control, public address, structured cabling, and fire alarm systems.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV equipment.
• Support system integration with MEP and fire fighting systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to deliver technical support during project execution.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of installations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Proven experience as an ELV Technician in construction, MEP, or fire fighting systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with industry-standard ELV platforms and protocols (e.g., IP-based systems, BACnet, KNX).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
